- Limited to non-urgent care;

You agree to pay applicable fees at the time of service, including per-visit fees, membership charges, and product costs. Vida does not bill insurance.

10. Limitation of Liability
Montage Health and Wellness Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Montage Health and Wellness Corp, its affiliates, providers, and employees from claims arising out of your use of the Site or services, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
